What Bolt Deliveries collects when you book, drive, or browse, and what we do with it.
When a restaurant books a delivery we collect the pickup and delivery addresses, contact details for the restaurant and the recipient, the order details needed to deliver it, and any instructions you provide. When you apply to drive we collect the contact and vehicle information in that application.
Delivery details are shared with the assigned driver and with Shipday, the dispatch system that routes the run, so the order can be picked up and delivered. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are entered in Stripe's checkout and are never stored by Bolt Deliveries. We use booking information to provide support, confirm deliveries, and issue refunds when an order is cancelled.
We do not sell delivery or contact data. We keep delivery records only as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and operational history.
