The ground rules for booking a Bolt Deliveries run.
A quote covers delivery, optional buffet setup, and the driver tip. Food cost is paid directly to the restaurant and is not part of the Bolt charge. Quotes are valid for the window shown at checkout, and bookings require the listed advance notice.
Please have the order packed and ready at the scheduled pickup time. Delivery windows allow 10 to 180 minutes between pickup and drop-off. If a location is inaccessible, closed, or the order is not ready, dispatch will contact you and may need to reschedule the run.
A delivery can be cancelled from the tracking page until the run is finished. Paid deliveries that are cancelled or cannot be completed are refunded to the original payment method through Stripe.
